Our team’s number one priority is to get our clients back to their regular lives. We do this through many avenues. We specialize in Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals. We work hard to get you in and out as efficiently as possible you can get back to work. The same goes for work with workers compensation and acute-care injuries. We also provide disability evaluations and our team can help walk you through the process of putting together all the information you need. Above all else we strive to give each and every one of our clients a first class experience.
At Midwest Rehabilitation, we provide many different types of evaluations so that you have everything you need to complete any required paper work.
Whether you need pre-employment or Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams, or school sports physicals, Midwest Rehab’s team can make sure your forms are complete. Our office also provides services for disability evaluation, maximum medical improvement, and many other required evaluations.
